The Influence of Cardiovascular Dynamic Coupling on the Blood Pulse Wave Propagation in Human Body

  • 摘要: 本文首次在心脏和血管动态耦合的基础上,研究了人体体动脉中压力和流量脉搏波的传播.左心室采作E(t)-R模型,体动脉树用T-Y模型,应用传输线理论和傅氏分析,选取了合适的心血管参数,得到了沿体动脉各处压力和流量的波形,并研究了心血管各参数对脉搏波传播的影响,对于实际工作很有帮助.
