Reconstructed Formulas Calculating Bursting Pressures of the Special Spherical Pressure Vessels Based on Experimental Data

  • 摘要: 利用传统经验公式计算了一系列特种球形压力容器的爆破压力,将计算结果与实测值对比,分析了计算误差的散布特性。在此基础上,利用爆破压力的实测数据构建了球形压力容器爆破压力的计算公式,并对其精度进行了两类检验,一是将计算结果与同类型特种球形压力容器的实测数据对比,二是将计算结果与普通球形压力容器实测数据对比。结果表明,与原经验公式相比,所构建公式的精度有明显提高,同时表明构建爆破压力计算公式的方法是合理的,并可在类似问题的研究中推广应用.
