Numerical research of temperature field during resin transfer molding

  • 摘要: 温度场是树脂基复合材料传递成型过程中最为重要的影响因素.通过对成型过程中温度场的数值研究,揭示温度场不仅仅影响了树脂浸润多孔介质的过程,而且本身也受到多孔介质的孔隙率、树脂反应热、树脂注入温度和树脂注入流量等因素的影响,并最终决定了制品的成型过程和制品质量.
